Hi,
I am looking at a Practical Nursing degree (PN), certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) or the certified medical assisting program (CMA). Are there any thought as to those programs that might be better than another? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Health Care Experience
What is a Practical Nursing (PN) degree? How does it differ from a Registered Nurse (RN)? Additionally, what state/country are we talking here?

Here is a nursing summary from my journal. viewtopic.php?p=148246#p148246
Your goals matter. Also which state you are interested in (i'm assuming you are in the US). What do you want your work days to look like, etc. More specific information would help me give you more advice.

There was a forum user called bingeworker some years ago who was a nurse if you want to search his posts. He semi-retired in his early twenties through doing part time contract work.
