Do any of you use an e-mail checker to make sure your e-mails are free of typos, grammatical errors, are politely written, etc.? FoxType and Hemingway Editor are my favorites thus far.
Could be useful to avoid needlesss scrolling/eye squinting.
E-mail Checker?
Re: E-mail Checker?
reading emails again before hitting "send" seems to work OK for brute.
Re: E-mail Checker?
I have a Chrome extension called Grammarly installed. That catches a lot of mindless errors, especially when I am ripping through boring work emails. I use the free version and have never felt compelled to upgrade.
Re: E-mail Checker?
I go with the Brute solution. Many email programs identify misspelled words, though.
I also sometimes compose emails and then leave them in a draft folder and look at them again later before sending.

The easiest way to proof something short like an email is to read it backwards.
