Animated short film "Happiness" by Steve Cutts
"The story of a rodent's unrelenting quest for happiness and fulfillment."

Worth more than one watch, as there are many little details. Lately, there have been several comics and short animations adressing "what's wrong with modern society", but I feel this one has an unusually clear view of the mechanisms beneath (abheit without presenting the obvious solution).
Especially that last scene.

Ha ha. That was a great little film. But my only takeaway is: I think I might drink too much.

Woah. Funny, *that* video required to be over 18 to view...

Interesting perspective on the rat race. That last scene hit very close to home!...
Lesson: You shouldn't outsource happiness. Or alternatively, "happiness" as it's marketed is an elaborate trap...

Many thanks, Astra! I love it. It's one of the best (and funniest) animation films I've ever watched. Very ERE-oriented, a great representation of these Christmas' days full of consumerism, and the rat race culture that everyday surrounds us.Astra wrote: ↑Fri Dec 22, 2017 3:37 pmAnimated short film "Happiness" by Steve Cutts

@Astra
Six boobies!
I was thinking perhaps the (treasonous?) anti-consumerism message.

I enjoyed that, thanks. I chuckled at the advertisement for "Rodente" perfume.
