One would call that a retirement job. You don't need to make big $$$ anymore, so you do something else that has meaning for you under better circumstances/helping people.

God bless him. Unfortunately, I don't see many who are so service-oriented. He is a true blessing. I have been asking myself recently if I can serve more during every day activities.
