@SWB - Reminds me of the story I heard about a guy buying apartment buildings. While in contract, one of them burned down. The insurance money was $5 million more the purchase price. The seller wanted to cancel contract but couldn't. Sometimes bad things happening to other people can be personally lucrative.
This does make me think that maybe instead of going down to one car to put one on Turo.
