It's a bicycle-only city--apparently the largest of its kind in the world, though certainly not large. Are any European forum people familiar at all with this place?

This looks pretty cool. I hope it is successful. I'll be going here this weekend: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mackinac_Island It's an island town in the US that has banned automobiles pretty much since they were invented. Unfortunately, it's a touristy resort town so it'd probably be too expensive to live there in ERE. It could be practical if your idea of fun is running a tourist business in the summer and being free in the off season.
