Rolf Dobelli: The art of good life

Post by J_ »

As Jacob's book is a splendid source of tools how to reach early retirement, Dobelli's book is (to me) a comprehensive modern source about the mental tools which help to live the "good life", financial independent or not (yet). He uses Charley Munger to Boetius and his own insights to explain in 52 very short chapters how to avoid the many pitfalls our brain and social habits have ready to stumble about.
As I read in many journals in this Forum, those pitfalls are a frequent worry to many of us. Therefore I strongly recommend this book, it helped me a lot.

Thank you for this book idea. I have already read other books of Rolf Dobelli and I find them quite interesting. Luckily this book is available in my local library.
