I am 41 years old and I live in Madrid, Spain. I want to retire soon because my job doesn't satisfy me at all.

I am building a portfolio of securities that already generates about 380 euros every month after taxes, but with this money, I am afraid that I still cannot make the leap to a new life where I own all my time.

When the portfolio of securities produces 600 euros after taxes, then I want to be FREE.

Any suggestions or ideas are welcome.

ERE is so much more than reaching some arbitrary number of investment income every month. What does 600 euro a month mean to you? What are you doing outside of portfolio growth to reach ERE?
