I am living in Germany (Berlin) and Day Care is free here. Isn't it the case in the Netherlands as well? And with day care, I mean "Kindergarten" starting age 1. Yes, or how the best way to eat in the long run is to buy food according to the shelf space allocation at Walmart (it has the lowest fees) because all the consumers have determined both the correct prices and the correct size of the shelves.
