Thanks for your replies. The core expenses are indeed low, but not as low as it seems. We decided to pay a few things 1 time per year. This saved about 30-50 euros/year.

-Health insurance is about 2400 year (we pay this in jan)

Yes we are very happy with that. Otherwise we wouldnt have bought the house. We wanted a house nearby our family, and housing pricesa hereare very high in Holland atm.

We want to pay off our mortage as soon as possible. And at the same time also start investing a bit for passive income later on ...
