Thank you for the responses, will see if I can find some cheaper substitutes and alternatives; but it's still a self debate on how much I can cut. those sodas are $10 for a week's worth and so is the pomegranate juice and almonds; 30 bucks right there and you generally do not get coupons for fruits, vegetables and meats.
