Re: Fru Frihed's Journal (Mrs Freedom's Journal)

'Allo! Yes - I am living in Copenhagen in Nørrebro. Regarding the travel - I understand the dilemma with taking double leave and have your kid start earlier in day care. I will still urge to consider the possibility and see if you figure something out. Perhaps taking a month with a nonpaid leave or ...

Re: Danish Money Tango

Aloha from the darkness of It’s time for the November update. It’s going quite ok – my expenses are down and I keep finding small spot to drag out a few more savings. Re: Danish Money Tango

@DutchGirl - absolutely! In Denmark we have 14 days after the birth with full pay - I took an extra two weeks of vacation so I had one full month when he was born. A Wonderful time. I will keep roughly 50% of my salary when I am on leave so we wont starve. It might be healthy financially. My girlfri...

Re: September 2016

Hi, Here is a brief update on September for me and the ERE Journey – it’s been quite a month. Most importantly my little son decided to drop by the 9th in a text book birth with no issues what so ever.
