Re: How to build a community in an apartment complex?

You're now in the process of selling yourself.
People like to make a good deal, with a person they like.

So: Why would anyone want to "befriend" you? What makes you likable, relatable, and trustworthy?
Answer that, and then answer how those qualities shine through in a non-intrusive manner.

Re: Thoughts or Experience With a Life Coach?

Want to get on a Skype Call? I won't sell you anything, but I will tell you how I work, and what I've been trained to do as a coach during the last couple of months. You can ask me ANYTHING about it, and I'll answer as honestly as I possibly can. Skype, not text, because it takes 'forever' (relative...

Jeez, those pictures are great.

Do you shoot 1000 pictures and pick out the best ones, or do your photos generally come up that well?

Re: Gilberto de Piento's Journal

If it's something related to emotions, trauma or relationships, i'd go for a good psychologist instead Emotions and relationships are the working tools of a good coach. Trauma, not so much. I've worked with traumatized clients with very good results. One client literally told me she got more out of...

Re: FI or bust; FBeyer.

Right now it's primarily life coaching, but I've done business coaching as well. I've coached cold calling, confidence, romantic relationships, resolving conflicts, family matters, self-loathing, getting started on hobbies, decluttering, sales pitches, jealousy etc. Really it all boils down to minds...

I'm happy things are going well for you these days. I enjoyed the dance video. I've taken a few lessons at different times in my life and always enjoyed dancing. Can you elaborate more on the prototyping vs. analysis you mentioned back in February? Is it as simple as experimenting with a solution v...

Re: How to re-track to Psychology Doctorate?

Via the coaching I've done over the last couple of months, I've come to realize what a boon my subject-oriented thinking is, compared to emotions-orientation. When a client bares their emotions, I see a complex array of lies they tell themselves, and I see a puzzle to be solved, so that this human b...

Re: BIFL kitched knife that won't break a budget?

Well if we very have a Top Chef ERE version I want Seppia, FBeyer and Llorona on my team. Jacob, Gilberto, and Campitor they can be another as long as I am out of earshot of people cutting on plates. I honestly have NO idea how I just got inducted into some faux Allstar Cooking Team, but I'll take ...

Re: BIFL kitched knife that won't break a budget?

A knife doesn't JUST cut stuff up. It's also a part of the cooking experience. If you enjoy cooking more because your tools enable that, you're not only getting a practical ROI, but also an emotional ROI. I bought a cheap AF kiwi brand nakiri because we cut a shit ton of vegetables, and that lame kn...

Fuck! If only there were other ENTJs around, who've been in a similar situation before, with an education that deals with sorting that kind of self destructive shit out, then you'd be in a much better spot.

Well, sucks to be you I guess... ;)

Well, I'm officially a pilot! I'm officially stoked on your behalf! It's not going to be long before you have to write a book or two about How Not to Be A Weak Ass Whiner and get some speaking gigs and royalty income rolling too. By now it's probably one of the last things on your bucket list
