Re: Montreal Meetup - September 15
These days, I only know places in my area. Let's try Olimpico. Tuesday 21st. Incidentally, that is one of the coldest day of the year as Earth is around its perihelion (sorry, I had to vent). The book is a good sign, I'll brink a small notebook or book. As for description, I am average. So average t...

Re: Montreal Meetup - September 15
I can be there, around 6pm or so. We need a reconoissance sign.
Just be aware there is a Cafe Olimpico on Saint-Viateur which is a crowded place. I suppose we want the Olimpico on 419 Rue Saint-Vincent near the Champ de Mars subway station. Never been there.

Anytime up to 22nd and 27th too. 23-26 I am travelling with the circus. In the Cote des Neiges area I sug...

Cote des Neiges. Mostly immigrants and UdM students. Both categories are being fleeced by landlords, with high rents compared to the rest of Montreal (and still low when compared to other big Canadian cities; and cathing up, the Canadian RE bubble has not popped yet). Overall a mix of slums, normal ...

I am wandering out these days. I flip my hibernation switch around -15 or so. To get closer to the topic: these low temps are making life a lot more expensive than Jacob's California. Cannot live here in an RV more than you can in Siberia...

Home made toothpaste?
Hi,
Apologies if this is the wrong forum. Does anyone has a recipe for home made toothpaste?
(I have tried a salt+baking soda mix with bad results)
