Re: COVID topic vol 2

Yes, but it will be easier to accept if it happens because of a natural virus, than if it happens because i let someone inject something in me.
I'de rather die because i'm weak than because i'm fool.

Re: COVID topic vol 2

My main concerns are female sterility caused by the protein for which mRNA is the plan, and the very small likelyhood that a retrovirus might happen to copy the mRNA in the DNA and make any yet unknown side effect permanent. Which has the potential to be very unfortunate. If I had to put a number on...

Re: Systems!- Level 6 towards 7

Expensewise, i'm at L7 and my strategy has always be to remove everything with unenjoyed aspect, and make without until i can get what i enjoyed from it from something i already have or do, or from something with an other advantages. Building an entire system at once is probably impossible, so a hig...

Re: Dealing with anger in the face of everyday evil

Every one is a murderer. You can only live because you kill other being, or have other people kill being for you. And that include human beings. Trying to convince me not to reproduce is just a soft way to try to kill my childrens. If i didn't know what they were doing that would be fine, but this e...

Re: Dealing with anger in the face of everyday evil

@redo, if someone was threatening to go in thé past and prevent me from existing, i would take it even more seriously than if someone was threatening to kill me now. Because i would even lose what i had. For this reason, someone trying to convince me of having less child is worse than someone trying...

The have fewer children is dishonest at least. It integrates the whole emission of your lineage if emissions per capita and fertiliry stay the same in the future, and divide it by your lifetime. Here are the two articles the graphic is based on. [url]https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1748-9...

Re: Touring, Bikepacking, and Long-Distance Cycling

One of the drawback of leaving from your doorstep is that you risk going home at the first setback. While if you're on another landmass, you'll rest for a day or two and continue your trip. Also, the most important piece of gear in my opinion is your sleeping bag. It helps a lot to know that what ev...

This Youtube channel is literally called wilderness cooking. In his most popular video he made this primitive underground oven/smoker thing. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCj4KP216972cPp2w_BAHy8g I see that youtube recommend us the same channels. I didn't link it because i thought the testicle ke...

Re: Bitcoin on the rise

I am, but in order to avoid my GPU to die prematurly and increase my ROI, i set up my GPU so that it only consumes 90W (instead of 180W), so the whole computer might be dissipating at max 250W while mining. That's not enough to heat even my small studio. I wanted to replace my grandma's dying electr...

I'm on the ravencoin train, this is crazy, I probably haven't bought enough to get rich out of it, but i'm learning about my feelings as an investor. Which are very akin to what i imagine gambling is for someone who believes he has some influence on his luck.

When my pipe Froze, i just melted snow. It takes a lot of energy, but stored water that freezes has to be melted too. I only melted for cooking and drinking. For washing, snow is fine as it is. Snow gives you thé cleanest butthole After pooping.
