It's in all kinds of products. It's in wild caught fish (one stat I saw equated a month's worth of PFAS exposure from drinking water to a single wild caught fish). It's in rain. Do your best, but realize it's an uphill battle.

I've read this entire thread (parts of it multiple times), and I have no idea what people are arguing about in it.

Re: how to stay calm and carry on
I've worked the whole pandemic time. Probably only about 4 weeks from home. The rest at work. Is what it is. If I want something else, I can change to something else. If not, I can keep on doing this. No use worrying about what other people have going on.

Re: COVID topic vol 2
As far as the vaccinated still being able to spread the virus, I have my doubts. I feel like that is the party line to get people to continue wearing masks, being socially distant, etc. If the vaccinated people stop, then other people will stop. Just human nature, and that has to be discouraged. Ass...

Re: COVID topic vol 2
Had my second dose of the Moderna Vaccine last week. Mild to moderate side effects including headache and a lot of fatigue the next day and a slight fever overnight for a few hours. Didn't sleep well at all. Went to work on time the next morning but only lasted until after lunch because the headache...

Re: What would you do if you had $3,000,000?
1/3 would go towards care of a disabled family member. This would fund that responsibility for myself and the other family members that currently cash flow that cost. 1/3 to my ERE portfolio. 1/3 would be quietly given away in some manner into my local community. It wouldn't change my lifestyle but ...

Re: COVID topic vol 2
I got the first Moderna shot yesterday. Have a sore arm just like flu shots but nothing else. Supposedly the second shot of the Moderna is the one where folks really get the side effects. I got the Moderna round 1 shot on Christmas Eve. I haven't heard the 2nd shot/side effect theory. I am schedule...

Got round one of the vaccine this morning. Hoping we are through this by summer and also hoping we learned a few things along the way. Both on society and individual levels.

Fidelity has a no fee total stock index I believe.

I hold mostly REIT ETFs in my Roth account. They are down as an asset class right now, so if you interested in them, it is not the worst time to buy some.

I went to the home depot to stock up on trash bags, hvac filters, got some paint and wood for garage repairs, etc. I only saw two people not in masks. One old guy, and one early teen. The teen had his around his neck, but not over his face.

Re: Water meter question
Most residential water meters are mechanical, even if they have a digital display or are wirelessly connected. They don't really register really low flows very well, and sometimes not at all. If your register is not changing at the low drip you have going, it most likely is not registering. Would ne...
