Nah, there's a time-honored tradition for government leaders to ride around on bicycles from time to time.
President Bush was famous for his MTB riding.

Doesn't the Secret Service train people to shoot guns while riding a bike? Can't be that hard. I'm sure Navy Seals can do it - they can after all shoot pirates in the head simultaneously while crouched on a moving boat and aiming at another moving boat ;)
