I am stuck in a problem while assemblying a bike wheel. I have a 32 spoke rim and hub. I am assemblying the rear wheel. It is a single speed bike. The previous rim did break because I inflated the tire too much. I assembled the rear wheel following the pattern that is in the front wheel.
Now the problem is, I've got three spokes that seems in the right place; then one spoke seems too big. More three spokes ok and one more seems too big. The spokes where all the same size, if I am not mistaken. Even if it were a problem of a different size of spoke, the odds of them ending up in that exact pattern would be very low. So, I probably did something wrong.
I could not put the tire on that wheel because it would get punched by the spokes that seems to be "bigger". I assembled it exactly like the front wheel, at least as far as I can see. Where is the catch?
