Cell-Phone Free Living?

I essentially live a cell-phone free life on the ship when we are at sea. Additionally, the internet is a bit dodgy as well. It is nice. At night people do things that humans used to do: gather together and have long conversations, play board games, play guitars and sing together (usually badly). We sit and talk to each other at our meals. But the minute we pull into a port everyone is back on their phones with their faces buried in the screen...even me.
