On a smaller scale I could see the benefits. For most sociological groups out there protesting stuff you'd be giving them exactly what they want. I think you still have to legalize the stuff first, and not just "legal for police" because then the cops just start dealing it.

The British Army did experiments of the LSD variety on some of their own troops around about the late sixties.

They've legalized pot in certain states for medicinal purposes. So why not legalize drugs for law enforcement purposes. That tasing looks inhumane. People writhing on the ground and caterwalling like an old lady in a restaurant unhappy with her fucking toast. No more Eric Garner situations. Give people a tab until they calm the fuck down. Maybe a bunch of acid heads will start committing crimes in order to get some free trips, but they can just beat the shit out of those guys. Get those dart guns they got to tranquilize horses. Instead of shooting bullets, temporarily Lewis Caroll the motherfucker. So he has a bad trip, at least he wasn't executed.

The MDMA thing is sort of along the lines of the "Gay bomb" idea. The "gay bomb" was an idea proposed to the military some years ago. The idea was that you'd drop really strong aphrodisiacs (and maybe one that also helps with gayness?) and the enemies would be so overcome with lust that they'd turn gay and just have orgies (?)
Didn't happen. If you haven't watch the idea "The men who stare at goats". Back when I watched it, I assumed it was complete fictional comedy. Years later I learned that it was actually a true story. There's a book from a guy that writes about the stuff in the movie, the gay bomb, etc. I heard the author on a podcast. It's fascinating. But I can't remember the guy or the book names.

Actually, a video was leaked proving that it was quite effective.

Still looks better than an American sitcom.

Anyone who wants to be a guinea pig in this experiment, please report back on your adventure experience ( Syria, Iraq, or Somalia).

I think its about time someone invaded Amsterdam. They must be up to something.

That is hilarious. But did they even try this in a controlled group to see if anything happened.C40 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 2:43 pmThe MDMA thing is sort of along the lines of the "Gay bomb" idea. Maybe there does not need to be a full-blown orgy for it to work. The societal baggage might immobilize them with embarrassment. Better yet, mix in some Viagra.
Re: Spraying ectasy and LSD in war zones
If Viagra is involved, then the female baboons in Somalia are open game.

The infamous Abu Gharib pictures were an example of sexual humiliation used as a war tactic. Posing the prisoners leashed to a woman, dogs near genital regions, and organizing them in homo-erotic positions was purposeful. Anyone with even a rudimentary understanding of Mid-Eastern sexual mores knew that. As for a gay bomb, well we all know that has historical precedent.
