Fifth National Climate Assessment (2023)

Post by AlpineTR »

The U.S. released The Fifth National Climate Assessment on Climate Change yesterday. For other who have read it, I wanted start a thread discussing it.

There is also a NYTimes article on it. Ever since I discovered Kingsnorth, I'm extremely wary of any "good news" in the form of a "technological solution" that seemingly removes the need to change the underlying behavior that caused the problem in the first place.

As a PSA, the forum has several megathreads that covers this topic already. The science hasn't changed since then.
