who here has an interesting story on creative home financing? I'm interested in a nice foreclosure in my neighborhood, but wasn't planning on getting another job for a couple more months. I've talked to my father about co-signing, but looking for alternative options. I won't get into details on the house itself, but fixed monthly expenses would be comparable to what I'm paying in rent, perhaps cheaper if I'd rent out the extra room. Plus a fenced in yard for garden/dog (!)
