The Vanguard Wellesley fund? It has 60% bonds (both US government and corporate), 40% stocks. It's actively managed.

As for the stock portion, the description says: "Using fundamental research, the advisor typically invests in fewer than 100 stocks".
If I assume "fewer than 100 stocks" doesn't mean that they have just 1 or 2 stocks, but let's say at least 50, then it's a reasonable diversification for the stock portion.

Or do you mean a different Wellesley fund?

I'm very comfortable with Wellington managed funds. In the event of my demise, I've instructed DH to move our money into a Wellington/Wellesley split.
