Not sure if this counts as a "habit," but the Eisenhower Matrix has helped me reduce procrastination, stay organized, focus on stuff that matters.
Good time management is all about making time for Box 2 (important/Not urgent).

You can modulate that by changing the time you go to bed, the temperature you set your heating at, your physical activity and diet late in the day and your exposure to light. It isn't cast in stone.

in fact, it's almost completely exposure to light, especially in the morning. that's the biggest lever - bedtime is pretty much completely useless, as is the other stuff.
brute's point was that having a hard time getting out of bed in the morning is not a "habit", it's attempting something that's physically hard, but could be physically easy.
