In wearing belts, I notice that mine did not stretch very well, and therefore when I was sitting it put undo pressure on my waste. I then started using a "karate belt" that I could loosen when sitting and tighten when standing. This leaves me with having to pull my pants slightly up if I forget to tighten the belt when standing after sitting.
So, what's a good stretchy casual or dress belt?
What's a good Casual or Dress Stretchy belt?

Make your own! Would make a good DIY project.

Burpees or planks would decrease the range in waist size between sitting and standing up.
I've never even heard of "stretchy belts" before now ... kinda seems like an oxymoron to me
