Tested ESTJ in 2007.
This year 2016, I tested ESTJ again, although just slightly more extroverted than introverted. (But that means that I can balance the two, doesn't it?)

This is the same as I tested nearly a year ago. I feel it is pretty accurate.

My I is weak and I tested as an ENTP earlier.
T is kind of weak.
N and P are very clear.
So It seems to be common to oscillate between INTP and ENTP.

Sure. Side effects may include, an abundance of passion (secondary effects = rash decision making and a tendency to injury) and a larger than ERE average expense directed towards social activities.

It's funny, I seem to test ESTJ and ISTJ with about a 60/40 split, depending on mood.
Is this normal/frequent?
