Rooms OR Full House for Rent - Eldersburg, MD

I am currently living with my GF in a 3bd/2ba ~1200 sq ft rancher in Eldersburg, ~10 miles northwest of Baltimore city limits. Looking to reduce my dependence on current job and accelerate FI time by either downsizing (moving out) or taking roommates. Thus, I would like to rent out either the entire house ($1800/mo) or 1 or 2 of the extra bedrooms ($450/mo per room) with a month-to-month agreement. Open to negotiating if anyone here is interested; might be willing to accept labor/handiman services (e.g. cooking, cleaning, yard work/gardening) in exchange for part of rent. Reply or PM me.
