At about 6:20 he talks about entitlements and mentions almost offhandedly that they will be bundling Medicare reform with Obamacare reform. That's Medicare, the healthcare program for those over 65. Trump was adamant throughout the campaign that he wouldn't touch Medicare since many of his supporters are using the program or will soon be using it.
Interesting twist.
