What can be used as a resistance band that costs little or nothing?
I used a bicycle tire tube, but it snapped. Now I am using a bungee cord but it is slightly too short and I don't like the metal hooks on the end.
I may try to find two longer bungee cords and take the hooks off, then use them together.

Spanx or resistance bands?
Re: Cheap resistance bands?
Simple flat resistance bands are cheap anyway. Might not be worth the trouble to look for a deal or use subpar alternatives.

Hmm, so that what spanx is. Perhaps I could daisy chain the waistbands of a few pairs of tighty whiteys.
