Done with college!!!

Post by TopHatFox »

Yay!! It's been an absolutely crazy 4 year ride, and it's done done done! Here's to doing something fun for June and starting work in July. ^^

Thank you all for the advice and wisdom these past 4 years - words cannot express how much what you all have shared has helped over time!

Much gratitude & appreciation all around!

Congratulations. Though, there is a lot of negative talk on here about college, it does give you a degree that can't be taken away and that degree is essentially an automatic boost up in society. You now have a permanent advantage over it least 43% of our society, but probably more depending on age group and country.

Great job! Graduating in 4 years seems so abnormal these days so double great job!

You've got a higher net worth and more wisdom than anyone else I know your (our) age, can't wait to see where things go from here.

More importantly, it's obvious that both of you have a curiosity and zeal for learning new things - an attitude that will be invaluable for the rest of your life. Good luck on the next adventure!

Yeah I have noticed that the people I have met here from continental Europe have studied for between 7 and 10 years. In NZ its more common to study only 3 or 4 years. University length in anglo countries seems to be much shorter perhaps due to the extortionate fees we have to pay, as opposed to the free or peanuts education costs in continental Europe.
