Could not order ebook

Hello Jacob,
I'd like to read the book in ebook format, I live in Turkey and both Apple and Amazon do not allow me to buy it due to copyright stuff.
Is there another way to buy the ebook? Can you send me the ebook if I pay via paypal?

@akilligelisim - Sorry, amazon is the only ones who handle the kindle. Could you get the paperback through amazon? I think amazon.com ships worldwide but if they don't, createspace definitely does: https://www.createspace.com/3457832

I thought I should buy hardcopy but the shipping cost exceeds even the price of the book!
Is there a way to trick apple so that they believe I'm from US? That way I could buy the ebook.

Try bookfinder.com or buecher24.de . You should get a better deal than from amazon.com

I'm not sufficiently technically savvy in terms of proxies, etc. I didn't even know it was on Apple.
amazon.de or amazon.it might offer cheaper shipping. Otherwise, try bookfinder.com as mentioned above.
