This seems interesting.

Amazon is backing this project. So if you have a manifesto and want it published it may be worth looking into.
Jacob, this may be a good fit for your next manifesto.

i just checked this out and on the surface it does seem interesting. i didn't really read enough to figure it out well enough..but as far as I am concerned anything that empowers the author is good.
i wonder how this approach would compare to algorithm for the the ERE book's publishing, which i am not able to find now. pros and cons.
btw..jacob,is there any reason there's no search for the blog, like there is for the forum? on many occasions i have wanted to revisit some older post which i have had no reference for, except a keyword or two,say peak oil or publishing. it would be useful i think..

And another place to publish manifesto's and short introductions to your ideas... http://changethis.com (as a free PDF, doesn't bring in any money but gets you exposure and you can put a "Buy the book" link at the end of it)

@slacker - Yes, there is a reason. The built in search is horrible and useless. It'll list EVERY post that includes the word you're looking for. It's much more useful to use google with site:earlyretirementextreme.com as one of your search terms.

@Jacob - I'm pretty sure there's a widget to embed a google site search directly on your site.
