Very cool! Love the portable living concept. I hear dock fees are pretty low too, or you can just moor out on sheltered open water indefinitely in a lot of coastal areas.

It is shallow draft, so you have a lot more potential anchorages than a deep draft boat. You can get close to shore and use a gangplank in the right places.
