Just Made an Offer on a Short Sale

Thanks all for the congrats. It's been almost three years in the new place. Remodeling and repairs have totaled $20K, but that includes a $4K complete re-plumbing and a few other "wants" like a $1500 shed and some tools. The place looks great, and I get a lot of compliments. Still have at least $10K work to do inside. The County values the home at 50% more than I paid for it three years ago. (I guess we can't post pics on this board?)
