    Your money or your life.
    And Jacob's book.
And then a book tailored for the situation here in the Netherlands, which is in Dutch and hasn't been translated.

What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know about Cash Flow... And 36 Other Key Financial Measures
This is my real estate Bible and I've read then sold/donated over 50 others. Nothing comes close to this and it's $0.01 used on Amazon.

    Rich Dad, Poor Dad
    ERE Book
    Your Money of Your Life
    and many more.

But reading and not acting on what you read is something that is happening to a lot of us. Thefore you should read less and do more of what you read, otherwise just by reading you're not going anywhere.
