   Hello folks,

   I've been lurking here for a couple months and finished the book a couple weeks ago. I like reading what you guys have to say, and I'm glad to find others who don't want to waste away at a job and who don't think the desire to be free is selfish.

   I've just started working the 9 Steps from YMOYL, and plan to move on to ERE strategies after getting those straight. Investment-wise I have to say the only luck I've had has been with real estate. I look forward to moving into dividend-paying investments as well.
