But if that really happened, the annuity would be probably be fucked too. I tend to lean in the direction of "depends on the insurer." Has the annuity provider been around for 100+ years? They've weathered some pretty shitty storms if that's the case. It is interesting that Ben Bernanke's...

I figured out the issue! I wasn't using the i.imgur link to embed the photos. On imgur, there will be an option under "get share links" that allows for copying of BBCode html.
Problem solved gang.

What a frustrating process. I've resized, then resized, and resized some more only to receive the following message when attempting to post, "It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image. Please verify that the URL you entered is correct."
What gives?!?!

You're making some seriously awesome progress, and I really enjoy looking at your graphs. Your journal inspired me to develop my own "4% SWR" section in my spreadsheets, which are endlessly being honed. So thank you for the inspiration. Despite your displeasure with your savings rate, you'...

climbing gym near work I wouldn't be so quick to write of LV, from a climbers perspective. Red Rock Canyon has some amazing trad and sport climbing, sprinkled with a little bit of bouldering. The crag's name eludes me, but when it gets too hot, you can drive an hour up to Mt. Something-or-another a...

Wow look at that net worth grow. You seem to be making some massive movements. It must be nice to watch. Your rent does not look as bad as I thought San Fran would be. Yep high booze and weed spending. Maybe you could try making and growing your own of each. :) Howdy, thrifty, and thanks for stoppi...

Howdy, nitelight, thanks for stopping by and saying hello! Have you ever thought about living in an rv, or caravan? I have, especially as it would go hand-in-hand with the "dirtbag" lifestyle dedicated climbers seemingly strive for. Thus far, the closest I'll get is sometime down the road ...

I've been using Mint to budget, which I normally thought was okay . That is, until I tried to group my spending together in Excel, and realized that Mint isn't without its own issues. Basically, I'm going to try and keep my own budget - in my own spreadsheet - moving forward form here on out. I'll p...

Wow. Your journal is an inspiration. Seriously enjoy your time on the road.
(We haven't ever chatted but,) If you're ever looking to get introduced to climbing, I'd love to run up some easy and introductory climbs with you in Yosemite or Tahoe.
Cheers!
