Re: Sexuality WL Table
One of the benefits of globalisation and eradicated of anti-miscegenation laws is that people are reproducing within a much wider gene pool. This should strengthen the genetic diversity of the species, which has been too small since we almost went extinct ~70000 years ago. Re oxytocin et al, one the...

@Jean - Interesting, I didn't know the term was still used. There isn't really an equivalent in English, in Italian I believe it is (was?) possidente.

'I dabble in architecture' or 'An artist'. The latter usually results in 'oh, cool, what sort of stuff do you do ?' Further curiosity can be usually silenced by replying something like 'abstract impressionism' because no one wants to admit they don't know what it is. I've no idea either. Amongst old...

I'd certainly consider checking out early if the forecast wasn't looking good. I'd like to think I'd do that with careful consideration of the impact to everyone and döstädning completed and everything. But it's easy to say that when your fit and healthy. Mum went from being fit and healthy to perma...

I'd seriously consider this biscuits. You can't quit a bad job with a bunch of dicks too soon. Maybe you could work freelance as well ?Biscuits and Gravy wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 2:36 pm(2) quit, take 6 months off, then find another legal job, which wouldn't be difficult with my resume.

I'm wondering where asexuality or voluntary celibacy would fit on the ladder.

I have fond memories of my science teacher cutting up lumps of potassium and throwing them in water. But I fear the health and safety people will have a lot to say about that and it won't be favourable. @jp - there was a thing in our local science centre where you could build a bridge by lining up b...

You should consider writing your memoirs. From duct taped girlfriends to the flower shop murders you have the makings of a genuinely entertaining story. 'Jersey boy - a life in stitches'. You're welcome.

Yes he is at university college London. My aunt used to teach there and was keen to introduce us. Jeremy is kept in a cupboard in the main entrance hall and put to bed each night. Now I think about its really rather odd.

Did you sell it for a premium or a discount? There's a taxidermist who lives near me. The FAQs on her website include such questions as 'Can you taxidermy my grandmother'. It's intriguing that that is a frequently asked question. I'm not sure what you would do with a taxidermied grandmother, unless ...

Its a frightening thought as to where all this supersizing will end up. But Oldfucksville does look rather beautiful. Also looks like a great place for a taxidermy business.

Re: I Was Once Found But Now I Am Lost
Too much competition, maybe? Maybe, though I heard an Islamic preacher once saying that if things are haram then it's for your own good and I felt he did have a point. But its interesting how gambling and smoking are taboo amongst the middle classes but alcohol isn't. @Henry - apropos your large co...

Re: I Was Once Found But Now I Am Lost
I just experienced a magnitude 2.9 earthquake while writing this. Oldfucksland has not turned out as I anticipated. I was looking at a map of the earthquake and I had no idea that oldfucksland is so close to New York city. In fact I didn't even realise New Jersey abuts it. Perhaps this is the sourc...
