ive researched this a ton.

better option is sub $200/rent space or work trade and use bicycle. gas/upkeep/crampness/mold/parking/moving/theft/saftey all too much headache imo.

I agreee, the NETFLIX generation just eats up these docs, so many people swear by them lol, it would do wonders or ERE.
I get odd looks when i bring up ERE from most people. They can't seem to get their head around the give and take rat race system entrapment.
